I’ve been seeing this trend going around TikTok, it looked so delicious I just had to try it! There are so many different flavour combos people have come up with, this one is a classic banana bread flavour!

These banana bread baked oats make for a perfect easy and healthy breakfast you or the kids will LOVE. It is packed with protein and complex carbohydrates, making it a great energizing breakfast!

What you’ll need to make banana bread baked oats:

  • rolled oats
  • banana
  • protein powder
  • almond milk
  • chia seeds
  • cinnamon
  • baking powder
  • chocolate chips

How to make banana bread baked oats:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Start by adding the rolled oats to a blender and blend until they turn into a flour-like consistency
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined and a smooth batter
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish or ramekin, top with chocolate chips
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes

Nutrition per portion

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Additional: chocolate chips to top
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Add the oats to a high-speed blender and blend until it becomes a flour consistency
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and continue blending until fully combined
  3. In a greased dish pour the batter, add chocolate chips on top if you'd like
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes
  5. Top with fresh fruit and peanut butter
