There is so much sensory overload happening around you, you begin to lose sight of your goal and reach for things that are safe and familiar. I have come up with some tips and tricks that will help you navigate your way through the grocery store like a pro!
This is a list of what I consider to be my food staples that I have on hand pretty much always! Now I don’t always have ALL these items in my home at once but I am constantly switching these foods in and out on rotation depending on what I’m cooking that week.
