PB & J Smoothie

This smoothie has actually been a go-to of mine for a couple of years! It has the perfect balance of macronutrients that I need to fuel my body after a workout or for breakfast!

Not only does it have great macronutrients, it tastes so so GOOD! It’s sweet and creamy from the frozen berries and banana, it has the perfect hint of peanut butter and to top it all off you’ll be happy to know you can’t taste the leafy greens AT ALL! How about that for the perfect smoothie?

I never thought I’d be so enthusiastic about a smoothie but honestly it’s just that good. I make it pretty much everyday without fail.

I hope you try it out and love it as much as I do 🙂

Tips:
-make sure you use a frozen banana for that extra thick, creaminess! Just peel your bananas, break them in half and store in an airtight container. Take it out when its time to make your smoothie and voila!
-my go-to green to use for this smoothie is spinach, but use whatever you’ve got
