Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon plant milk
  • 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
Method
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Grease the pan with coconut oil or butter.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot pan. Cook for 60-90 seconds on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit, a scoop of peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
