These banana bread baked oats make for a perfect easy and healthy breakfast you or the kids will LOVE. It is packed with protein and complex carbohydrates, making it a great energizing breakfast!

What you’ll need to make banana bread baked oats:
- rolled oats
- banana
- protein powder
- almond milk
- chia seeds
- cinnamon
- baking powder
- chocolate chips
How to make banana bread baked oats:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Start by adding the rolled oats to a blender and blend until they turn into a flour-like consistency
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined and a smooth batter
- Pour into a greased baking dish or ramekin, top with chocolate chips
- Bake for 25-30 minutes

Banana bread baked oats are an easy, healthy and fun breakfast option that is great for adults and kids!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, ripe
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Additional: chocolate chips to top
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Add the oats to a high-speed blender and blend until it becomes a flour consistency
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and continue blending until fully combined
- In a greased dish pour the batter, add chocolate chips on top if you'd like
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Top with fresh fruit and peanut butter
